Angus MacDonald of Griminish

Father to Marion MacDonald and grandfather to Flora MacDonald. Forbes states that he was See Scott, Fasti Ecclesiae Scoticanae, vol. 7, p. 195 (where his year of death is given as 1724), and Macdonald and MacDonald, Clan Donald, vol. 3, p. 495 (where his year of death is given as 1721). Sources disagree on whether or not he conformed to Presbyterianism after 1688.
