After a tedious passage weewe arrived
			
here the twenty first instant at South-
warke Goall wherwhere your friend the
CollColonel Mr Glasgowe and two more
french offichers and I are Confined
in lusty fetters ytthat may weigh fourtyforty
pounds each weewe are at a loss to
learnelearn yethe reason whey1 weewe have
thus2 harssharsh treatment more than our
brother offichers who are lodged in
the Marshallcy prison unfetterdunfettered
meen whilemeanwhile ItsIt's the current oppionopinion
the Court will hold the CartellCartel3 Un-
violableInviolable wtwith France I feellfeel now the
loss of Such a valuable friend as
