was unsealing the Cover Addressed to
me. I make no doubt but you will
Approve of the Intention of Reprint-
ing and likewise you will think am-
endementsamendments and Alterations neces-
sary, the Sooner this can be done the
better, and as it will take you some
time, I would be content to have
Sheets as you correct them, that
the printing may be going on.
