N. B. Archibald MackDonell of Ba-
risdale came out of the Castle of
EdrEdinburgh by a Remission, on Monday, March
29th, 1762. after a Confinement of
about eight Years, &and instantly ap-
peared before the Court of Justi-
ciary, where he took the Oaths
of Allegiance &and Abjuration.
