“As for any thing for poor Mr Sangster
“to be done here, I see not the least
“Encouragement to hope for it. The paper
“designed for the London-Chronicle, in
“my humble Opinion, tho’though exceedingly
“well drawn up, yet must by no means
“appear in publickpublic Light. I have Thoughts
“of making an Experiment by it in ano-
“ther Way, tho’though neither through Lord
“North, nor LdLord Mansfield; which, God
