Mr Justice
Aston
fined the two Brothers, Woodfall, print-
ers
, in the following Words, Court of King’s bench—
“The court doth therefore adjudge that you, Hen-
ry
Sampson Woodfall
, do pay a fine of two hundred
merks (133 £ 6 s.shillings 8 p.pence), &and do suffer three months
imprisonment, &and until the said fine shall be paid-
And
that you, William Woodfall, do pay a fine
of two hundred merks, &and do suffer three months
imprisonment, &and until the said fine shall be paid.”
N. B. Remarkable it is, that the Judge
gives a wrong Date to the Paper, for which
they are fined, ^&and called it FebFebruary 15. Whereas 2084 (2084) it was Feb.February 16. See pag.page 2005 hujus.
