In January last by the Carri-
er I sent a few books of my Perse-
cution to Mr Gordon Bookseller, to
be given to you and to whom you
thought proper, &cetc: but I never heard
whether he got ‘emthem or not. I now
send you the Journal of the Pr.Prince
Escape which is printed and will
soon be published at London, where
a few particular good Judges have
approved it. I fancy Mr Gordon
will think it worth whileworthwhile to have
it reprinted with you; which will
be a great advantage as you can
amend it and make some mate-
rial additions.
