Paragraph from Mr Bowdler
to me R.Robert F.Forbes

“Ashley, AugtAugust 8. 1761.
That Story of
“the Parish-Bell was too good to be
“lost. I can assure you, it has been sent to 1863 (1863)
“to E.Earl M.Marischal and I hope it has crack’dcracked
“as it is, made his Ears to tingle.
“Am told, said E.Earl M.Marischal is much des-
“pised
&and neglected.”
